Walworth—Bertha Marie Dann, 94, died Monday (February 5, 2018) at the home of her daughter in Walworth.

A private funeral services will be held for the family at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira.

Bertha was born on August 15, 1923 in Elmira, the daughter of the late Henry O. and Clara M. Oliver Vetter. She was employed at a bank in Pittsburgh, where she worked  in the human resource department. After retiring, she moved in Yorktown, Virginia and moving to Walworth in April 2017 to live with her daughter. Mostly Bertha was a loving, devoted mother and a good friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her children, John (his Fiancee Claudia) of Newark, Suzanne (Anthony) Caggiano of Walworth, Bruce (Phyllis) of Elmira, Curtis (Pamela) of New Haven, CT, and Scott of Torrington, CT.; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
