Remembrances

Sending our sincere condolences to David's family and friends. May you be comforted at this difficult time by memories of good times you shared together.

Sincerely,

Michele, Erin and Ryan Martin

I'm heartbroken over my brother's death. He was only 22 months older than me and 1 year ahead of me in school due to the way our birthdays fell. We went to school together from K at St Michael's in Newark through to High School graduation and even some of college. No matter what, he was always my dear brother and I loved him so much and he loved me. He used to tell me that after every phone call ended, even when we had our "disagreements". I will never forget him and will carry him in my heart always. His two dear sons will serve as reminders ... they both resemble him in various ways, especially Nick in his looks!!

So many memories growing up together and several of the same friends. We were always with the Mooney kids ( 5 of them) but mostly Kevin and Sharon as they were close to our ages. Later on, I introduced David to my friends Dean Mirras and Rick Roeland from HS and they all became best buds. So many other friends have fond memories of David.

Our little sister, Diane, who was close to 4 years younger than me and nearly six years younger than David, started out as our "toy" in "Lizzy town" ( we called her room since her middle name was Elizabeth) but grew into another playmate and enjoyed having a big brother, too! We had many family trips with Diane and I generally getting car sick!! :-)so many stops.

Countless memories...for now, I vascillate between tears and these precious moments. Sending love to my brother in heaven, your sister, Ann Marie
