Ontario/Newark—Nona David, 94, died Wednesday (July 25, 2018) at the Wayne County Nursing Home.

Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for Nona's at Noon on Saturday (August 4^th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark.  Burial will be in Fairville Cemetery.

Nona was born on July 12, 1924 in Northville, New York, the daughter of the late George and Edith Huckans Reynolds. At one time, she had worked at General Electric and after moving to Florida, she worked for the First Federal Bank in Palm Beach.  Some thirty years ago, Nora returned North making her home in Ontario, New York.

She is survived by seven grandchildren, Danielle (John) Peters, Caitlin (Jared) Putnam, Patrick (Stephanie) David, Linda (Petore) Mrozek, Michelle Simmons, Margaret (Craig Pagnotti and Matthew (Urshla) David; several great grandchildren and a daughter-in-law Esther Capizzi.  Nona was predeceased by her husband Nelson in 1988, son Patrick David; a sister Julia Reynolds; two brothers Bill and Gordon Reynolds
