Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Tuesday (December 30th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday (December 31st) at the Cross Creek Free Methodist Church, Rt. 31 East, Palmyra, New York.

Bonnie was in born December 8, 1954, in Lyons,the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Flynn Horton. She was a 1973 graduate of Sodus Central School. For the past 35 years, Bonnie has worked at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital where she was a LPN, working in the Cardiac Rehab. Unit for the last 6 years. She was a member of the Cross Creek Free Methodist Church in Palmyra.
She is survived by husband of 33 years, James E., a son Shane (Cheryl) of Rochester, a daughter Sarah Bertou of Webster, two grandsons Josiah and Judah, siblings Cheryl (Thomas) Castle of Lyons, Mary Lou (Harold) Cheetham of Ontario, Ethel (Thomas) Campanelli of Hamlin, Thomas Horton of Lyons, Harlan (Robin) Horton of Newark and Steven Horton; several nieces and nephews
