Ontario/Fairport ---on Dec. 20, 2012 at age 79.  Survived by his wife of 51 yrs, Phyllis A.; children Judith (Jan) Odhner of Alaska, Nancy (Kerry) VanIseghem of Victor, Charles A. III (Melissa) of Macedon Center; seven grandsons Kerry Jr., Curtis, Carson, Jaz, Cory, Tanner and Max.  Chuck owned and operated Curtis Funeral Home, Inc. in Fairport for 25 years.  Member of Webster Presbyterian Church,  he had a life of volunteerism, was active in Fairport Rotary, Perinton Chamber of Commerce and at Pines of Peace in Ontario.  Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Thurs. (Dec 27^th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark.  Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 PM at the Webster Presbyterian Church, 550 Webster Rd., Webster.  Burial will be Lakeview Cemetery, Pultneyville.  Memorials, in his name,
