Newark---Connie Kelly, 78, died on Tuesday (May 13, 2008), at Highland Hospital in Rochester.

Friends may call Friday (May 16th) from 4 " 8 PM at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. Funeral Services for Connie will be at 9 AM on Saturday (May 17th) at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, South Main Street, Newark. Burial will be in Newark Cemetery.

Mrs. Kelly was born on June 12,1929, in Rochester, New York, the daughter of William and Alda Will Boswell. She was as member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church where she served on the Altar Guild and as an Elder Connie had volunteered for many years with the Boxwood Twig at the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. She had been a member of the Newark Garden Club and Newark Country Club. She enjoyed, rug hooking, gardening, playing bridge, and golf.

She is survived by three daughters Catherine Beers of Houston, TX, Victoria Legg of Berkley, CA and Tracy (Michael) Barnard of Fairport, four grandchildren Carey DeVaney, Tonya Wahaley, Elizabeth and Max Wolkins, a sister Patricia Prince of Rochester, two brothers William Boswell of Rochester and Charles Boswell of Francestown, NH; several nieces and nephews. Connie was predeceased by her husbands Arthur Legg in 1977 and Walter Kelly in 1989 and her son Charles "Skip" Legg in 1983.
