Newark"Dale Tyler Casler, 61, died Thursday (January 10, 2008) at the DeMay Living Center in Newark.

Friends may call from 4-6 PM on Saturday (January 12th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark where funeral services will follow after the calling hours. Her burial will be in East Newark Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the DeMay Living Center.

Mrs. Casler was born on May 5, 1946 in Newark, the daughter of Francis E. Tyler and Billie Lord Tyler Guzman.

She is survived by four daughters Kristin (Charles) Storrs, Carol Casler, Lori (Tom Ferrell) Casler of Newark and Anita Casler of Terre Haute, IN., four grandsons Charles and Evan Storrs, Camron Douglas, Brandon Downey, five grand granddaughters Nicole Storrs, Ashton, Haleigh, Grace and Peyton Casler, a great grandson David Downey, a sister Shawanna (Roger) Ladd of SC, brothers Richard and Glenn Tyler, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, many wonderful friends at DeMay Living Center. Dale was predeceased by her son Philip J. Casler in 2001.
