Newark---Debbie Lee Johnston, 45, died Wednesday (March 4, 2009) at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday (March 9, 2009) with Rev. Roger Smith, officiating at the Paul L Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark, New York. Burial will be in Rushville Cemetery.

Debbie was born on April 23, 1963 in Penn Yan, New York the daughter of Ernest and Ernestine Hamilton Johnston. She is survived by a sister Pollyanne Hamelinck of Himrod, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends with the Newark ARC and the community.
