East Palmyra---Dorothy L. Bosje, 74, died on Monday (January 5, 2005) at the House of John in Clifton Springs.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Friday (January 9^th) at the East Palmyra Christian Reformed Church where funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday (January 10^th). Burial will be in East Palmyra Cemetery.

Mrs. Bosje was born on March 24, 1940 in Marion, the daughter of the late August and Josephine Maslyn Cauwels. She was a graduate of Newark High School, Class of 1957. Dorothy was an active member of the East Palmyra Christian Reformed Church. For many years, she was a secretary at Garlock in Palmyra and later with Mobil Chemical in Macedon, retiring in 1996. For a few years, in her retirement she worked in the Palmyra Town Clerks Office.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 55 years, Joseph; daughter Laurie (Patrick) Baxter of Canandaigua and son Brad of Palmyra, two granddaughters Sarah and Emily; a brother Albert (Margaret) Cauwels of Phelps, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Robert in 1969.
