Newark---Howard Glen House, III, 59, died Saturday (September 13, 2008) at Rochester General Hospital.
Friends may call from 5-9 PM on Monday (Sept. 15th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday (Sept. 16, 2008) at St. John's Catholic Church, 114 Sodus Street, Clyde.
Mr. House was born on February 7, 1949, in Newark. Howard retired in 1999, from the Newark Housing Authority where he was superintendent of maintenance for 34 years. He was a member of St. John's Church. Howard was an avid hunter and fisherman and belonged to the Turkey Federation.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years Karen Donselaar House, daughter Violanda (Nelson) Kise of Lyons, sons Glen and Marlin both of Newark, three grandchildren Michael House, Kaila and Brendan Kise, a god daughter Andrea House, his siblings Patricia House, Joan House, Howard Jr., Linda Williams, Keith (Ericka), David, Valerie Richmond, Douglas (Cheryl), Steven (Jill), Barbara House and Randall, brother-in-law Richard (Kim) Donselaar, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Van Cassel House and a brother John.
