Lloyd B. Littlefield Jr.

Port Gibson--Lloyd B. Littlefield Jr., 73, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021 at FF Thompson Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

A private graveside service will be held at Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Lloyd was born in Elmira, New York on October 6, 1947 the son of the late Lloyd and Margaret Littlefield Sr. He served in the U.S. Navy earning a National Defense Service Medal. For over 25 years he was a Tow Motor operator at Mott’s. In retirement Lloyd loved spending time cutting fire wood. He started each day having coffee with the guys at a local diner.

He is survived by a son Jason (Carrie) Littlefield of Port Gibson; a daughter Anne Beman of Texas; three grandchildren Christopher, Devin, Katelynn; two brothers Thomas and Richard (Claudette) Littlefield; and many friends that he called family.
