Newtown, Ct."Louis T. Pepe, 74, of Wolcott, New York, died Saturday (February 26, 2005) at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, New York.

Friends may call from 5-7 PM on Thursday (Mar.10th) at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, Ct.

Mr. Pepe was born in Derby, Ct. on June 8, 1930, the son of Thomas and Lina Pepe. He was a graduate of Arnold College and served in the Army. Mr. Pepe had taught American History for many years, retiring from the Bullard Haven Technical School. He also coached high school football and Pop Warner football. Louis lived in Newtown, Ct. for 45 years, before moving to Wolcott a year ago.

He is survived by a son Gary of Wolcott, New York. Lou is predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Margaret Repka Pepe in 2000 and a son Lorin Pepe in 1997.
