Newark—Margaret L. Rhone, 83, died on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Friday, May 20, 2022 at St. Michael Church, 401 S. Main St., Newark, NY.

Margaret was born on July 14, 1938 the daughter of the late Claude and Isabelle Flint Goldthrite in Carthage, NY. She was a communicant of St. Michael Church in Newark. She married Harvey Rhone. They had eight children together.

She is survived by seven children Terry (Paul) McDonald, Kevin (Linda) Rhone, Peggy (Loren) Piccarreto, Jeffrey Rhone, Michael (Cindy) Rhone, Billy (Dawn) Rhone and Rhonda (Rick) LaVilla; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey in 2016; infant son Michael Eugene; son Timothy.
