Newark/Palmyra"Myron R. Cattieu, 92, of Hogback Road, Palmyra, died Thursday (April 5, 2007) at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.

Friends may call from 12-2 PM on Monday (April 9th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark where funeral services will follow at 2 PM with the Rev. Gerald Harris, officiating. Burial will be in Newark Cemetery.

Mr. Cattieu was born in Rochester on March 10, 1915, the son of Edward and Susan Garvey Cattieu. He had lived in the area all his life where he was a farmer and cattle dealer. He is survived by a niece Barbara Mattoon of Phelps, special friends David Baker of Palmyra and Janice Baker of Phelps.
