Wolcott/Newark"Patrick M. David, 62, of Wolcott died Saturday (May 30, 2009) at the Blossom View Nursing Home in Sodus.

Friends may call from 4-7 PM on Monday (June 1st) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark where funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday (June 2nd). Burial will be in Fairville Cemetery.

Mr. David was born on May 18, 1947, in Elba, New York the son of Nelson and Ida Morgan David. Patrick was a mason by trade and work on many construction sites in the area.

He is survived by his mate Esther Capizzi of Wolcott, his stepmother Nona David of Ontario, eight sibling Linda (Pete) Mrozek, Michelle (Dennis) Simmons, Patrick Jr. (Lisa), Margaret David, Matthew David, Nelson David, Danielle (John) Peters and Caitlin Chapin; a sister Julia David; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pat was predeceased by his father, mother and two brothers William and Gordon David.
