Newark"Raymond A. Price, 91, of Woodside Drive, died on Wednesday (October 12, 2005) at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.
Friends may call on Sunday (October 16, 2005) from 3-5 PM at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. Father Peter Clifford will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM on Monday (Oct. 17th) at St. Michael's Church, South Main Street, Newark. Burial will be in East Newark Cemetery.

Mr. Price was born in Newark on September 5, 1914, the son of August and Louse Crayn Price. He was a communicant of St. Michael's Church. Ray was a farmer most of his early life in Newark. He then worked as a delivery-man for Sibley's in Newark for 20 years until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years Virginia, two daughters Barbara (Robert) Des Camp of Magnolia, Tx. and Carol Boyce of Newark, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Ray was predeceased by a daughter Madelyn Scherer in 2004, two brothers Louis and Peter Price; two sisters Amelia Chase and Anna Van Camp.
