Richard C. Luke
Newark—Richard C. Luke, died Tuesday (August 11, 2009) at the DeMay Living Center.
Funeral services will be at 10 AM on Friday (August 14, 2009) at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1767 Plank Road Webster. Burial will be in Webster Rural Cemetery.

Mr. Luke was born on September 14, 1931, in Penfield, the son of Carl and Mae Schieble Luke. He served a machinist apprenticeship at Gleason Works, ran the model shop for Taylor Instruments and then was a manufacturer’s representative in industrial equipment, retiring in 1993. Dick thoroughly enjoyed his hobby of woodworking.
He survived by his children Michael, Patricia Bishop, Daniel, Kathryn Miller, Laurie Vasquez, and Doreen Edwards, brother Bill, sister Linda Gerlach, thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
