Robert Kevin Bulmer was granted his angel wings on December 7, 2020. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Kevin had touched in some small way throughout his memorable life.
Kevin’s life would seem short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His contagious smile, encouraging laughter, and warm heart brought so much joy to others and our family.
Kevin is survived by his children, Robert Bulmer, Caleb (Stacy) Bulmer; grandchildren, David and Zachary Bulmer, Wyatt Gleason and Abrey Bulmer; sister, Cindy (Ray) Straight; Niece Erin Straight; Nephews Jeff Van Deusen, Ryan Straight; and friends.
I Made It Home
Author Unknown
I just wanted to let you all know that I made it home.
The journey wasn’t an easy one, but it didn’t take too long.
Everything is so pretty here, so white, so fresh and new.
I wish that you all could close your eyes and that you could see it too.
Please try not to be sad for me. Try to understand God is taking care of me…
I’m in the shelter of His hands.
Here there is no sadness, no sorrow, and no pain.
Here there is no crying and I’ll never hurt again.
Here it is so peaceful when all the angels sing.
I really have to go for now…
I’ve just got to try my new wings.
