Rochester/Marion---Rodney Fay, 61, died on Sunday (May 25, 2008), at the Wayne County Nursing Home.

Funeral services for Rodney will be at 11 AM on Wednesday (May 28th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark with Rev. William Hoffman officiating. Burial will be in the Newark Cemetery.

He was known to many of his friends as the "Marble Man". Rodney was born on October 14, 1946 in Buffalo the son of Gordon and Martha Dobbelaere Fay. He was an artist and had lived in Rochester for many years before moving to Marion a year ago.

He is survived by his mother Martha Provost of Newark, his good friend Regina Norrison of Marion, his sister Paula (Joe Simmons) Provost of Redondo, CA.. Rodney was predeceased by a sister Victoria Thompson
