Rose Romanelli Iocco Renzi

Newark---Rose A. (Romanelli) Iocco Renzi, 90, joined her dear parents, siblings and loved ones at the table of the Lord on Friday (March 6, 2015) at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Memorials, in her name, may be made to the House of John, 14 Spring Street, Clifton Springs, New York 14432.
Rose was born in Bari, Italy, on December 22, 1924, daughter of Giuseppe and Girolama Romanelli.

She is survived by her devoted son, Bob (Pam) Iocco; her loving daughter Joanna (Johnny) Walker; grandchildren, Erin (fiance Matthew) Iocco, Emily (Charles) Whetstone, Elliot Iocco; great grandchild, baby Cecelia Whetstone; sister-in-law Rosa Romanelli; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Rose was predeceased by husband Frank Iocco in 1962, husband Aldo Renzi in 2009; her parents; sisters Carmella Ascanio and Liliana Cortufo; brother Nicolo Romanelli. Rose will be remembered for her deep love of family, her resilient spirit and her selflessness.
