Walworth"Ruby S. Crane, 93, of Walworth died Wednesday

(December 29, 2004) at the Newark Manor Nursing Home.

Private funeral service was held on Friday (December 31st) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home in Newark. Burial will be in Mumford Cemetery.

Memorials in her name may be made to the Genesee Regional Home Care, 1120 South Main Street, Newark, New York 14513 or to a charity of ones choice.

Mrs. Crane was born in Rochester on July 22, 1911, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Rummes Smith. Ruby had been an executive housekeeper for many years at the Clifton Springs Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter Rev. Gayle Rose of Walworth, four grandchildren Cindy (Gary) Van Kouwenburg of Palmyra, Gary (Michelle) Rose of Palmyra, Shawn (Kate) Rose of Canandaigua and Timothy (Nancy) Rose of Walworth and ten great grandchildren.
