Newark—Steven Kneut, 63, died Monday (October 10, 2016) at the DeMay Living Center.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday (October 15^th) at the South Lyons Cemetery, Route 14 South, Lyons. Memorials, in his name, may be made to the DeMay Living Center for the Activities Fund, 100 Sunset Drive, Newark, New York 14513.

Steven was born in Clifton Springs, the son of Kenneth and Lena SanGiorgi Kneut. He was a 1971 graduate of Newark High School and a communicant of St. Michael Church. Steve had worked at Fold-Pac for over twenty years.

He is survived by his wife Betty; his brother Jeffrey of Brighton, NY; his mother Lena of Port St. Lucie, FL; his father and mother-in-law Donald and Sylvia Hanagan of Newark; brother-in-law and sister-in-laws James Hanagan of Houston TX, Terri (Rick) DeHond of Clifton Springs, Sue (Ron) Henkel of Newark. Steve was predeceased by his father Ken in February 2016.
