Todd was born on February 21, 1963, in Rochester, the son of Gary and Nancy O'Dell Dale. He was a graduate of Franklin High School in Rochester and had worked in the construction business as a painter.
He is survived by his father Gary (Jane) Dale, a sister Kimberly (Dominic) Folino both of Sodus, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Nancy.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
