Newark—Vincent Bell, 42, died Thursday (Aug. 13^th) in a house fire in Newark.

Memorial services will be 7 PM on Monday (Aug. 17^th) at St Paul’s Lutheran Church, 210 Hazel St., Liverpool, New York.

He had been a member of the Army National Guard, Clyde Volunteer Fire Department, and a military historian.

He is survived by his wife Amy Crandall, three children Silver, Sierra and Connor Bell, three grandchildren, his mother Sharon Carbone, Father Charles Bell, eight siblings, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
